Mark "Ace" Naftel
So here's Mark Naftel, hitting at number 5 . The team started on 10 and Mark "hadn't hit anything straight all day. He's been pulling the ball on #5 and usually lands in the valley. So he tells himself "just hit the ball straight". On a low liner, he hit it straight at the pin but John Bonaccio was sure it was short. Mark insisted it was long and was looking behind the green when Bill Loche said "It's not long, it's in the hole!" Congrats to Mark who never thought he'd get that much attention at the clubhouse! Thanks for the free drink!
